60-day returns

If you are not happy with your HEARVELA hearing aids for any reason, contact us within 60 days of delivery. We will give you return instructions and a [VERIFY: prepaid] return label. When we receive the product, we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within [VERIFY: 5] business days.

Please return the hearing aids, charging case and accessories. For hygiene reasons, returned devices are never resold as new.

12-month limited warranty

We warrant HEARVELA hearing aids against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from delivery. If a device fails because of a defect, we will repair or replace it at no charge. The warranty does not cover loss, physical or water damage, or normal wear of ear tips. [VERIFY: align with supplier warranty and replacement process; FTC Magnuson-Moss requirements.]
