- Order confirmation email. It arrives within minutes of paying. Tap View your order for live status.
- Shipping email. When your order leaves the warehouse, you'll get a tracking number and a carrier link.
- Can't find either email? Check your spam folder, then write to support@hearvela.com with your name and order number. A real person replies within one business day (Mon to Fri, 9am to 5pm Pacific).
